The Chakra Diet
The Chakra Diet tailors from Vegan to Paleo.
Everyone has a unique body type – and no two people, unless identical twins are the same.
Therefore, we need to consider the bio-individuality of each person. Meaning, some people will need to include meat into their diet, others do well on little to no meat. This approach appreciates that not everyone will work on the same diet and therefore looks at the individual.
Similarly: The Chakra Diet includes all real food.
Root Chakra: Choice of protein including animal and/or vegetable protein.
Sacral Chakra: Water, fats, oils, nuts, fish.
Solar Plexus Energy: Carbohydrates and energy
Heart Chakra: Leafy greens
Throat Chakra: Soup and sea plants
Third Eye: Stimulants such as chocolate, coffee, tea
Crown Chakra: Air and Fasting
What is NOT included in The Chakra Diet?

How does The Chakra Diet work?
Our thoughts, emotions and words are mixing with each other on a daily basis. This is an energy exchange and most of the time we don’t even notice because we can’t see them exchange on the physical surface. However, vibrations are constantly moving within and around us exchanging chi or prana within the auric field.
After energy enters our auric field, it goes directly to the chakras which support the energy in our physical body all the way down to the cellular level.
By eating a high vibration chakra diet, one filled with the colors of the rainbow, you are supporting energy supply. We also know and see this on a very basic level. For example, if you eat a Mexican meal, your body may become tired and ready for a siesta. Where as if you have freshly squeezed juice, you may feel energized.
There is a big connection to the MIND – BODY and SPIRIT alignment and we cannot forget that food is what fuels our body. We want high vibrational food to support this process. This is what what Mother Earth provided us with.
The Chakra Diet is a START to where the energy is being held throughout your body. It may need tweaking and is adaptable to your unique needs. For example, you may be gluten free, low-fat, no sugar etc.
The Process:
Your chakras determine the flow of energy going in and out. Sometimes they have more energy than necessary and other times deficient energy leaving you feeling drained or depleted. When we are in balanced, we feel at ease, peaceful, happy and when we are imbalanced, it leaves room for dis-ease in the body.
To stay on the healthy track, clearing out any stuck and stagnant energy debris is a must. Then follow up the physical body with a high vibrational chakra diet to bring the two in alignment.
