What Are Intrusions in Your Energy Field?
Shamans (and energy healers) believe that every physical ailment has a connection to an imbalance in the spiritual world. We now often hear these connections and understand them in different light. As soon as Louise Hay’s book, “How do heal your body” came out, it hit the charts in sales. But this practice is not new. Her book teaches us old wisdom from that the shaman’s understood years ago.
Again, there is a connection to an imbalance in the spiritual world which is contributing to the physical ailment in this 3D reality. Everything manifests in the spiritual dimension PRIOR to our physical world. I can see things (even for myself) before the energies come in. So, what can causes such imbalances?
Shamans view intrusions as past life wounds or disassociated emotions, thoughts and/or feelings in the spiritual world. I see them as shapes, tears, objects and if they have consciousness, entities attached to the body.
When a shaman performs a healing ceremony, they often ask their guides to intervene on behalf of the client to assist in healing in the spiritual realm.
In my practice, I use healing crystals to help assist me in locating and healing an intrusion. My favorite crystals to assist in this work are black obsidian and black tourmaline. Check out my video on black obsidian.
Using Reiki and shamanic practices with intention, the client and I locate these energies and begin to remove them.
A few years ago, I had a session where I found an object which appeared like a hook or anchor inside my clients back. He felt it too. I had no idea how to “get rid” of this hook, so I used my logic and pulled on it. Although this is energy and it may not look like anything, my client screamed in pain. “Ow! That hurts!” He said,”What are you doing back there?” I was shocked!
Being my first hook, I tried to logically figure it out. If pulling didn’t work, then I would dig around it! So I started to envision a shovel and dig under so I could get under this hook and remove it. Unfortunately, it stayed. Every time I pulled it, he felt it. It wasn’t moving. Since that day, I learned I had to neutralize and then remove the object.
What I also learned is that it’s not all the shaman’s doing. One of the reasons I love shamanic work is that the client is very much involved in the healing process. In return it empowers them. We work together in healing. They feel good about what they have participating in as well.
It’s not always necessary for a client to understand where the intrusion came from. I know our logical mind wants to dissect the intrusion until there’s no end. Asking who put that there, where did it come from or even how did I pick up that entity? And although you can gain knowledge through this, what’s really important is that the intrusion is gone so the client can live a healthy free flowing life.
In other situations, clients will know they have something going on, but need help pin pointing it. It may show up as a mysterious pain in the body or just feeling off. Other time the client will know what’s wrong. For example, they may have exhausted releasing and letting things go in a relationship but still feel “tied” to the person. Yet other times, I have seen jealousy from other people leaving shapes in a clients’ energy field. In any case, if you know or don’t know, it really doesn’t matter.
The Spiritual realm isn’t always logical to our physical realm. I have found shapes in the aura, emotions, entities, bratty self-entitled inner child work…all of which need to be healed. That’s the point of shamanic sessions – to heal!
You can contribute to checking in on your fields every day, but warming up your hand chakras and scanning your fields. Scan around your body, close your eyes and imagine scanning each organ too. You will want to thoroughly check your aura as this is where it will come in first.
If you feel/sense an object, don’t dismiss it. Be open to receiving information and interpreting what kind of object it is. Connect with your crystal to assist you in leading the way.
