3 Rules That Every Intuitive Reader Should Follow
Ever have a session that was so-so or felt as if you weren’t gathering enough guidance? Maybe you would have liked to have more information for your client or assist them further but something wasn’t right? Here are three rules to make the most of your readings.
FIRST RULE: FILL YOUR CUP
Sometimes giving a reading can be draining, especially if you mix it with an energy healing session. If you don’t take care of your own energy, then you can actually take in your clients energy. We are all exchanging energy every point of our life. If we didn’t have any energy flow, we would be dead!
When you fill yourself up first with love and light, then anything extra is for your client. Filling your cup means allowing the flow of the Universe to run through you. You can’t do that if your vibration is low. The higher your vibration the easier it is to gain insight.
If your vibration is low and you start to channel information, stop and question where the information is coming from. Who are you connected to? You can actually channel an earthbound spirit energy instead of gathering your information from a high presence, like the angels. Before a session, move your vibration field to the highest it can be.
SECOND RULE: LET SPIRIT GUIDE THE LESSON
If an Intuitive Chakra Practitioner decides to add a healing session to the reading, then it’s with the desire to help heal a certain situation. Their job is to pin point the right questions to assist in the client’s healing process.
But here’s the thing about being a spirit, we are all here for growth on our journey. This means that Spirit will show us ways to assist us in our own learning. It doesn’t matter if you are a psychic reader or the client, we all have lessons to learn. The reader may start to notice a flow of clients in one area of life. All of a sudden clients will come in one after another with the same problem or issue they would like to have healed. This is how Spirit helps assist you in your growth as a practitioner and in your own journey.
You may find yourself relating with the client more than not. The client may be going through an experience that you already experienced. This is quite common as they choose you to help!
Being open in a reading can help you solve your own problems. For example, as a mother I needed direction one day. My client came in and had the exact problem. As I was open to Spirit allowing the flow to come in, I found a resolution not only for her but for me as well. This happens a lot! Be open to Spirit guiding. Don’t let your ego guide!
THIRD RULE: CLEAR AND OPEN THE CHAKRAS
As a reader, if your chakras aren’t clear then you can’t properly channel the energy flow to your client. In the Intuitive Chakra Practitioner Course, I teach practitioners how to look at a person and tell where the client’s flow is blocking them.
I love to see what chakra the client uses the most but also which is their weakest. If you are providing a psychic reading and your chakras are blocked, you won’t be able to reach out on that chakra vibration as well. This could highly impact your reading.
If you are feeling particularly blocked in your third eye chakra, it will be hard to gather intuitive hits. If you are blocked in your sacral chakra, you may have a disconnect in understanding the client’s feelings. If you are blocked in your root chakra, the foundation of the reading may not be off to a good start.
When you clear and open your chakras, you are saying to the Universe, “I’m ready to receive information!” If your vibration is lower than your client’s, the reading could be compromised so make sure you clear them out before (and perhaps after) sessions!
To have a successful reading, one that you can honestly say, “I gave it my best,” you need to take care of you. The practitioner should always be developing and growing in a personal and professional way. This is how to be the most effective for you on a personal level and for the client.
