Carrot Ginger Soup
Carrot Ginger Soup
My favorite soup to turn to when I have a winter head cold is a big bowl of carrot ginger soup. That’s right – its not chicken noodle. Not that I have anything against the CN soup, its just not my thing.
Along my healing journey, I have noticed time and time again that when I keep myself in a HIGH-VIBE Energy that I can run it more efficiently for the client and better protect myself. Think of high-vibe eating as a way to protect your auric field. When we eat HV foods, we are asking for energy directly from the most wholesome foods. When we eat processed and junk, we are clogging our fields.
One of my favorite authors to follow is Anthony, known as the “Medical Medium.” If you haven’t read any of his books, I recommend doing so. You will quickly understand why I love my carrot ginger soup when I’m sick.
From the Medical Mediums Website,
“Onions can help to treat colds, coughs, bacterial infections, angina, and bronchial spasms. “
“Ginger is one of the world’s oldest and most popular medicinal spices. It is known to greatly aid in digestion and assimilation and is widely regarded to help prevent colds, flu, motion sickness, and vertigo….Ginger has incredible immune-boosting and germ fighting abilities and has even been shown to help provide protection and relief from E.coli, Staph infections, and Candida albicans. In ancient times, ginger was highly regarded as a spiritual cleanser and used before and during holy days as a way to awaken and purify the body, mind, and spirit. Fresh ginger is one of the most potent ways to receive its health benefits”
“Garlic is also very good for the digestive tract and has a strong ability to eliminate toxic matter from the lymphatic system. Garlic’s anti-inflammatory properties make it vital for autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, COPD, lupus, fibromyalgia, lyme disease, bursitis, shingles, and chronic fatigue syndrome. It is also particularly beneficial for ear infections, candida, bronchitis, respiratory infections, food poisoning, herpes, coronary artery disease, stroke, colds, flus, urinary tract infections, and weak immune systems. “
Now you may see why this is a must for those days you have a cold!
