Easy Bean Chili Recipe
This chili is delicious and it can’t get any easier.
Easy Bean Chili
Serves 4 + leftovers
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 onion small onion: chopped
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper
- 15.5 black beans, drained and rinsed
- 15.5 navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 drops grounding elixir (optional)
Directions:
- Over medium low heat (in a pan with some olive oil) saute onions, carrots, celery, pepper 5-7 minutes
- Add garlic and spices for 30 seconds
- Stir in tomatoes and beans
- Add in three drops of grounding elixir, if using
- Lower heat and add beans, cook for 15 minutes until thickened *Add water to thin it out if you prefer*
