Intuitive Health Empowering Package

You may think that this is about me telling you about you – but my coaching style is two fold.

 

My goal is always to empower you to awaken your intuition and assist you in your own healing.

 

My scope of work involves physical problems + nutrition and/or preventative maintenance. This coaching package is for EMPOWERING clients. I can not stress that enough! 

 

If you think about it, they are still one and the same. If you are not consuming the proper nutrition, then physical problems can arise. If you have a physical problem, the proper nutrition can assist you in recovering. Your energy field will let you know what is coming in.

 

When you book a session, I will look at all angels of the situation. You may be experiencing a physical problem or you may be seeing me for preventive work. Either way, I’m giving you the tools for wellness.

 

Again, sessions are beneficial because you will receive an ASSESSMENT of your energy fields PLUS EMPOWERMENT for your own toolbox.

 

SESSION #1:

 

  • ENERGETICALLY: Before our session, I will tap into your fields and asses your energy. What does it look like. Where it is low at. Your chakras and aura give me a larger picture of what’s going on. Taking care of your energy fields are critical. I can not say that enough. I can find a lot in the auric field prior to it even manifesting in the physical body.

 

We will discuss your personal energy fields and how to correct any problems or incoming situations.

 

SESSION #2

 

  • EMOTIONALLY: What emotions may be present in your physical problem? If you do not have a physical body, then I am going to look at what emotions need to be released from your fields. Again, we do not have anything to manifest in the physical body, so prevention is key!

 

We will discuss how to release emotions and techniques to finally move on!

 

SESSION #3

 

  • PHYSICALLY: We all can use some insight to what we our physical body needs. I will give you some clues to your own body but I am going to teach you how to become your own advocate for health. Empowering you to open your intuition and give you a toolbox that you can use for the rest of your life. 

 

I’ll teach you how to open up the lines of communication between your body, mind and emotions. Empowering you is key!

 

SESSION #4

 

  • SPIRITUALLY: The best thing that you can do for yourself is turn on your intuition. In this session, I will give you the tools you need to open your intuition and connect with your soul. By allowing your Higher Self or Soul Self to lead the way and get out of your ego, you are becoming more in alignment with your smaller self and the Divine. This creates a beautiful flow to your life. You will be able to make the choices that are good for you.

SINGLE SESSION: You can order any one of these packages as a single session.

 

  • Includes 60 minute session via zoom (which is like Skype, so I can see your pretty face!)
  • You’ll receive techniques to correct the current energy EMPOWER you in your health and wellness toolbox.

PACKAGE SESSION:

For clients who are serious about their transformation. Period. Clients who are ready to bring awareness to all aspects of their health and wellness.

 

  • Includes FOUR 90-minute sessions. (These sessions are 30 minutes longer to the
  • You will receive a session and assessment of your individual energy from each category: Energetically, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually
  • In addition to the single sessions, the package sessions come with PDF tool forms to incorporate. These tool forms will help keep you on track and have a documentation of your growth.
  • You will receive an empowerment email to keep you on track. These are more involved.

 

Option A: Once a month 90 minute session, teaching, includes two emails to keep you on track. This is a FOUR MONTH program.
