What is the Chakra Diet?
Its a holistic approach to radiant health and wellness. If you are here, chances are you understand that healing consists of many layers. Food has a huge impact on your life. It affects you physically, emotionally and mentally.
What do I eat?
This Chakra approach consists of all things whole. Vegetables, fruits and protein choice. What is unique about this approach is that we design a plan that’s right for you.
We are all unique. Some of us have allergic reactions to different foods. Coaching together will help you eliminate those foods. For example, I had a client who was allergic to citrus foods. She was unaware of this until we experimented with her body. We all have bio-individuality – which means we are all unique. What works for one person, doesn’t work for all. This is why coaching is beneficial.
My Own Healing Story:
I have an autoimmune disease which I knew was coming way before I was diagnosed. I could see it in my energy field and did little about it. I tried thinking, if I ignore it, it will go away, but atlas, it didn’t.
I actually started off my journey as a food blogger in 2009. I was really into making food of all sorts. After I was in the hospital for horrible stomach pains, I was introduced to my first energy healer, Mother Morningstar. She took away my discomfort in a few minutes with reiki. It was unbelievable. She also advised that I started eating healthier and gave me my first recipe of lemon, ginger tea. This prompted me into holistic healing.
As my years went on as an energy healer, I took less and less care of myself. I became stressed and ate whatever I wanted in between sessions and I lost sight of myself.
In 2018, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I can’t ignore the messages of self-care anymore. Instead this is my healing journey too. I have the opportunity to put all of my practices that I have done for others for myself as well. Wahoo! So please know, I don’t just “teach” this, I live this too.
But this isn’t just my diet, this way of eating will benefit us all.
What foods are limited on this diet?
- Gluten and Wheat

- Limit alcohol consumption

- Healthy oils
- Water
